Carers and Parents can set Lockr to allow only calls to authorised numbers and then only allow a call for a predefined time. Lockr also keeps an eye on the call costs to ensure that their bill plan is not breached thus no Bill Shock. By using Lockr, you can ensure that call limits are not breached. Lockr prevents bill shock and eases the burden on carers and parents of pre-teens.
